The staff at Pivot is wonderful. This is my second time using them and they take care of everything insurance and workers comp related (I've used both now).They are also so kind when I'm trying to schedule appointments around the rest of my work and personal commitments. Of course the physical therapy and dry needling (very helpful) are both excellent. Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable and Travis (who does the dry needling and has almost always been my PT) is very friendly, effective and supportive.

The staff at Pivot are A#1. A very pleasant and friendly atmosphere. They are very thorough and professional. I will always recommend them to anyone. They get a triple thumbs up. My public appreciation for a great experience on this road to recovery.

Very knowledgeable and excellent staff. The experience was very good and made my recovery from surgery really pleasant from start to finish. I am very well pleased with my experience and if I need any PT in the future it will be with this location.
