Great gas station in the hood 10/28/20
They continue to allow customers inside of their store without masks
Outdated old pumps that do not accept loyalty ID, so I could not use Harris Teeter gas points. I attempted to pay inside but they would only accept standard BP rewards ID, not alt ID phone number that is used for gas points.
Horrible!! Never will I ever go back again! I gave the teller a coupon for 20 cents off a gallon (earned at Kmart) and told him to put $20 on the gas pump. I went out to pump my gas and the fuel stopped at $5. I went back inside only for the teller to tell me that my bank card would only allow $5...... LIE LIE!! TOTAL BS!! He was covering his ass because he made a mistake and put $5 on the pump instead of the $20 that I asked for. So I lost out on $20 worth of gas with 20 cents off a gallon!! I Was told that there was nothing they could do!!! I was very upset ......but mostly furious about the teller lying! These people are not about the customer!! They made no effort to rectify THEIR mistake!!
Its a great place to pick up skanky hookers. They use the gas station as a pick up spot, and use the dumpster to clean up after tricks and go pee. Apparently the management doesn't care, so I'm guessing the management is working with the pimps and drug dealers. Disgusting.
