There are not enough kind words to say about the First & Franklin congregation of generous, engaged, quirky, supportive, prayerful, passionate, reflective, educated and loving friends. I have felt welcomed from my first introduction to the church. If you are looking for something new, join us. You will find new friends, and you will be overwhelmed by the spectacular music program and beautiful setting of this amazing architectural wonder under the tallest steeple in Baltimore!

I have attended First and Franklin since 2005 and it has really deepened my faith and sense of service. It is an imposing building on the outside, but the people and the love for God on the inside is so much warmer and more comfortable. We have a top notch choir and our Sunday worship service is great for visitors as the bulletin, hymnal, and a handshake are all you need. We have so much history going back to before the Revolution and we support a recovery house, Habitat for Humanity, CARES, Health Care for the Homeless and other local, national and international causes. Check us out!

Without a doubt, they friendliest congregation I have ever encountered. I plan to make it my regular Sunday service. If you are looking for a church to attend or just visit while in town, you will certainly be greeted as a friend.
