DONT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.nnI was 30 minutes before the departure time on the bus stop, along with 6 other people. The bus DIDN'T COME, we tried calling the company and they said we had missed it and were at the wrong stop, which was ABSURD. It ruined my plans for the trip, I had to run to another company and beg them for a bus ticket on the same day. Just save yourself the headache, pay more and book with a TRUSTWORTHY company.
I take Flix Bus all the time, but this was my first time taking it in Baltimore. I was on time for my bus and waiting at the stop at 400 Ponca Street. The bus picked up passengers from a different corner and left several other passengers and I at the correct stop. When I called customer service about it they originally expected me to purchase another ticket. The woman on the phone had convinced me that I was waiting in the wrong place the whole time. However, when the second bus came it was confirmed I was at the right corner the entire time. This is my second bad experience with Flix Bus in a row.
There is no sign for the FlixBus at all, as of 11/2/2019. When the bus was 15 minutes late and the “where is my bus” tracking in its app always showed no signal, it was really hard for me to believe I was at the right place.
