Housing Authority of Baltimore City

I have an issue with my rent and no one ever answers the phone when I call HABC to explain it. So unprofessional. I may have to go up there directly just to see anyone about it. Either that or take it to the mayor's office.nn01/12/21nnSo small update the issue with my rent was how my leasing office calculated it for 2021 but im keeping this a one star review i called them every day for almost 3 weeks and no answer. If the issue hadn't been addressed I'd be out on the street but I know better now ill go straight to the mayor's office next time if something happens and yall don't answer

I'm about to be homeless and it seems nobody is even working on nothing just laziness I only ask for transparency in the whole situation but i don't even get that

Mrs. Monica Bemish is amazing. Great organization!!!! I still like the locations they offer. I had a one bedroom condo. In Vernon downtown Baltimore. A prime location for only $26.00 a month. Now I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom huge livingroom, dinning room, kitchen finished basement, front yard and a big gated back yard. Housing is definitely a life and money saver. The customer service here and on the phone IS TERRIBLE! Horrendous. Ms. Taylor who works in the inspections department was one of the most rude, disrespectful, nastiest people I've ever had to deal with in my life. I don't even understand why she has a job working with people in the public. Needs to do better seriously - HORRIBLE experience.
