I have been waiting for almost an entire month for them to reinstate my case, after it was dropped due to their own clerical error... I have yet to even receive a response, much less any progress.nTotally stressed and frustrated, utilities are getting shut off, and facing eviction due to this Department lacksidasical approach to doing their job.nDon't bother calling the customer service line, you'll just get put on hold for an hour and a half and then they eventually drop your call. And calling the local office... Don't make me laugh, the Beat Around a 10-minute automated system to eventually tell you (no matter what choice you make) that they're too busy and hang up on you.
