Service was horrible today. Had to wait 15 minutes to be acknowledged and then I still didn't get what I asked for. I eventually said I no longer needed service and got my check, paid and left.
Smaltimore is a great local Canton spot! Delicious wings, a wide variety of beers, and customizable burgers with tons of options - it’s a great place for dinner (or for watching a game when bars open up again). Sometimes they are a bit slow in service, but it’s still a great time with friends, or for getting takeout/delivery!
My first time there was awesome. I usually start with the wings as an appetizer because to me if you cant do that right then I know what to expect as far as food. Wings were cooked just how I like them. I got the destiny wings. Sauce was baked on and they were fried perfectly. Drinks were equally as good. Adam was awesome. He also gave me a free drink when I told him my birthday was the following day

The staff was very friendly, however, despite being only 2 of 6 people there, they seemed more interested in the conversation they were having amongst themselves. They were not very attentive to our glasses being empty and wanting to order something else. At one point, one of the bartenders took our empty glasses but never asked if we needed anything else.nThe wings we had were very good, but the service needs improvement. As a person in the industry, I can certainly understand when things are slow it can be tough. However with the the way things are going now with all the restrictions, you might want to make sure you're a little more attentive to the customers you have.
