Do I have anything good to say about this place! Absolutely not. All this place has is young girls with a lot of makeup on. I wanna go to a place and feel welcomed. These girls a just so basic with no personality. The food is okay.. the only reason why I went there was because the drinks are so cheap. They need a reason to bring people in. STAY OUT THIS BAR IF YOU CAN. The owner bill sucks, the chef that I believe his name is John doesn't wash his hands before he cooks not to mention that bill the owner goes back there and starts cooking without washing his hands either. A welcome to the neighborhood how about not! I know a lot of bartenders in the area and will be telling them about this place. I will be filling a complaint with the city about the kitchen work.

Great addition to the neighborhood! Beer and wine selections are excellent and good cocktails, too. Staff are attentive and friendly. The food is delicious—I hope to see more veggie options once they have their full menu :) Highly recommend the Port City Salad.

Raise an eyebrow at bacon on the menu if you must, but be prepared for a very pleasant surprise should you decide to order same!nnPort City Tavern is a welcome addition of unassuming fine but casual dining to the neighborhood. Mike, the owner, does a great job of gathering fresh ingredients for a small but delicious menu. A generous selection at the bar seals the deal.

After reopening under new management, this is a great place to go have a drink and bite to eat. It's a fun local place that won't break the bank.

Service was great, good food specials and a good beer and wine selection. Steak was well seasoned and correctly cooked. Going back soon!
