We went here for New Year's Eve. I was a little shocked that there was a cover charge because I didn't remember seeing one posted on the event page, but I was very impressed by the staff. There were a lot of staff members putzing around the crowd, not only for security, but also to help you if a ball got stuck in the pool table, you had to find somewhere to set your drink, and little things like that. Because of the multitude of staff around to talk to you or help you out, it felt safe and positive.
I had an incident last Friday here, and the owner couldn't have handled it better. He followed up with me a couple days later to make sure I was okay. There's a few other things the owner has done before that really just gone above and beyond his job. He's super involved and always makes sure everyone is having a good time, while providing a safe environment. Some of the bartenders are very bland, but there's a few female bartenders that are super friendly and fun. Beer pong, pool tables, dance floor, and they usually have events going on.
The hours listed are wrong. Not clean. Only thing here that's cheap is beer. Good service but very I'm responsive. The only reason they have business is because of the soldiers on post.
It was an awful experience for me. The DJ sucked and I keep getting puffed in the face with smoke. I endured it all because I was bored.
It is an awesome fun and staff is awesome it's a great place to go
