I was referred to Dr. Norton in the late l980's when I was diagnosed with diabetes. For years my husband and I traveled to Alexandria for our eye exams and tests because we really like him, his staff, and his clinic. They opened a branch in Leesville and we can now drive just up the road for our appointments. He did cataract surgery on both of my eyes 3 years ago. They are amazing. Very attentive. Very Thorough. We recommend this clinic for anyone needing an optometrist or a fantastic ophthalmologist

I enjoyed each person I dealt with. Was like each truly enjoyed there positions. Each smiled, had good tones to there voices! Yes I truly did enjoy my visit for new glasses plus the stuff that has to be watched because of diabetes!

Wife and I both had appointments back to back so the exams they worked us in same room the only good thing about visit, person who would have helped with frames and setup to order our glasses ate through lunch to leave early and let everyone in building know. Now we have prescriptions and need to drive back, takes an hour to get there, so guess we aren't that important waited too long to have no direction where to go next, very unorganized for professional business? Had expected better service there than rude greeting on setting appointment, by phone, but staff out front not so friendly, however exam people make it worth going back.

Beautiful office, clean and roomy. The receptionist was welcoming and warm. The wait was longer then I cared for but the service and Dr was excellent...The young lady who help with frames was timid and not very talkative. From what I can assume she seemed new and uncertain about some thing and often referred back to her instructions but over all she did help us. It took the specified amount of time for the glasses to come in but had to go back for fitting.

Excellent service! Love the providers in the office. Dr. Hamade was superb with our daughter and offered education to her on maintaining healthy eye habits while enrolled in virtual school.nnAs a military spouse, we don’t often know the “good” places to get care - I would HIGHLY recommend this office.
