The office staff is very rude especially the girl who checks patients in. Patients have been turned away because they didn't have appointments claiming their schedule was booked when they had hardly anyone in their lobby. I have seen patients sit in the lobby while employees laugh and joke instead of calling patients back. I have seen employees berated by others for no reason at all. They have a very high turn over rate and have different employees every time you go in there. Not to mention I've seen how the supervisor talks to them.
