I complained that the stuffed crust pizzas were old and under quality. We woke up having #2 issues. Gave everything five stars but gave the food a 1. I received a phone call from the area manager Terri and old boss and was met arrogance with her letting me know basically my complaint was void and I shouldn't eat there again bc I used to work for the company and we didn't go to the ER for having minor issues from wating old yeast and dough. I know the quality and just bc I used to work there doesn't mean I'm deserved to be served pizza that should have been dumped a day prior. I'm not done.
I watched the waitress hand someone pizza, it was the wrong thing, and it was mine. I saw the customer open both boxes, and the waitress had the nerve to try to give it to me... really... It’s a pandemic. Then they wouldn’t credit my card, because it was an online purchase. So, I had to wait for new pizza. FYI... I placed the order the night before so it would be ready. Never again at Pizza Hut
Delivery was fast and the food still hot.
