This is truly a fantastic company staffed by some great people. I ended up traveling with them after the Marriott Fairfield in Kenner overbooked the hotel, so I had no place to stay. UFTS stepped in to clean up Marriott's mess. Not only did they constantly drive back and forth to every hotel to get people to their backup rooms, they frantically called every hotel within 45 minutes looking for availability after Marriott wanted to send me all the way to Baton Rouge. Thanks to them, I found a room, got some sleep, and made it back to the airport in time (despite a freeway closure on I-10). Highly, highly recommend.
