RANDALL IS THE REASON I PARK HERE WITHOUT A SHUTTLE AND WALK TO WORK EVERY DAY...I love this parking garage because I love Randall. Top notch customer service despite the shuttle not running due to covid

Let’s just say you get what you pay for. The manager is super nice. The issue I had is that I never felt safe getting to my car. There are a lot of rather unsavory people that hang out around this garage and have access to the garage. The manager tries to keep his eye on what goes on but he can’t physically be in the garage for 14 hours straight.

Scam! Charging monthly Parker’s to park each day during Mardi Gras. Nice way to take advantage! SCAM SCAM SCAM. You don’t have this advertised anywhere

Scam for Mardi gras! I park here everyday for work and am a monthly subscriber... they tryna charge me $20 on top of my monthly fee to park here. Last year it was included but this year is not! I was not informed in any way of this situation! Total BS!

Parking is very packed in, gates don't work properly, the contact phone number just keeps on ringing.
