John was very courteous, professional, and he arrived on schedule. He diagnosed my electrical problem and gave me more than one option as to how to resolve my issue. He is extremely knowledgeable and very informative. He gave us the pros and cons of various options and spent all the time we needed to make an informed decision about the electrical work that is needed.
