Medical staff members are very professional and courteous. Dr. Hijazi is extremely knowledgeable of my personal conditions. Have provided alternate treatment to maintain the pain within my body.

Im not sure if the person who schedules appointments has any idea of how to do her job... they use one phone number to schedule appointments for all their locations.. mine was for the Metarie location.nnI called on Wednesday Feb 12th to ask for an appointment as soon as possible as I was dealing with some very bad pain.. I was told the soonest I could be seen was Wednesday Feb 19th. Additionally, I had an appointment for March 2nd which I was intending to keep.. I showed up to my app on the 12th to find out my appointment had been scheduled for MARCH 19th vice FEBRUARY 19th.. and the appointment for March 2nd has been canceled...nnI couldnt be seen on the 12th, of course and they had a very hard time getting my appoinment on March 2nd back on..nnThe person at the window did not even make an effort to talk to the nurses to find out if I could be squeezed in..nnHow do they even keep a Job that they Cannot perform??

Absolutely horrible doctor and staff this doctor literally abandoned me when they started getting strict with the opioid crisis because I think he is hiding something but he hung me out to dry and Does not deserve to be practicing because I know from talking to others I am not the only patient who is treated this way. Be warned now do not trust this doctor!
