I just moved here and was looking for a salon, this one was highly recommended. Even though we made appointments days in advance we didn’t even get started on until an hour after our scheduled time. The nail tech who did my nails was extremely rude. She blatantly told me what I wanted was ugly and that she wouldn’t do it, short light pink nails - nothing crazy. Four of us went and got our nails done and the techs made three out of the four bleed. After making each of us bleed there were no apologies offered. They also did not sanitize the equipment after any of us. They didn’t sanitize anything at all between other clients either. The tables weren’t wiped down and the only COVID safety measures I saw were masks. Only one tech was wearing gloves. We felt very rushed and it was very expensive. It wasn’t a relaxing or positive experience. We will not be going back.
Always a great experience. Top-notch manicures,pedicures. They really take care of you. Professional and kind staff.
Clean, quiet, thorough, fast.... exactly what I needed on today... called for a appointment... on the same day, they served me right away!

I highly recommend Magnolia Nails and Spa. Extremely clean, sanitary and organized. The owner has high standards and expects nothing less from her staff, which happen to be her family. I've never left dissatisfied nor have I ever seen anyone else not happy with the service or craftsmanship. This is absolutely the best nail salon I've been to in the New Orleans area. You'll love all the options available!
