Clean. Consistant. Friendly.nMy son enjoys hanging out with Charlie while he gets his hair cut. Making appointments is super easy using the app.
Made appointment for my son and me for 10am. Barber for my son didn't show up till like 1015, and took someone else.....didnt say anything to me. Noone acknowledged me till 1030am even though I was sitting here since 945am..... it's now almost 11am and still waiting for my sons hair to be cut.....and noone has even said anything about mine, even though I paid already through making my appt.....definately not the way to run a shop....very disheartening. I want to support local business, but when this stuff happens it makes it hard.
He does a great job on my son's hair, highly recommend.
Josh G. gets my hair exactly right every time. Very skilled and detailed. Environment in the shop is very chill and low pressure which is great. Great shop and will keep coming back.
