I really enjoyed working with NOLA Pelvic Health and learned so much during my visits. Thank you Sara for all the helpful tips, encouragement and personalized strategies to cope with pregnancy and beyond. I'm so glad I made the decision to check-out pelvic floor physical therapy and recommend it to every woman I know.

100 stars! The team at NOLA Pelvic Health are doing God's Work--and I'm an atheist, so that's saying something BIG. I have struggled with chronic pelvic and low back pain for over 15 years and Pudendal Neuralgia for the last two. I have done countless hours of physical therapy, seen multiple Orthopedists, and had multiple rounds of nerve blocking injections. The pain always comes back and the therapies either never seemed to address the pain effectively, or the side effects were not worth the treatment longevity. I found NOLA Pelvic Health in a desperate Google search attempt to find a pelvic GURU who would be able to help me live a more fulfilling life with less chronic pain. Well, I found that in Ashley and the team at NOLA Pelvic Health and my life is better for it. For the FIRST time in over 15 years, I felt UNDERSTOOD. I felt that I could OPENLY talk about my frustrations with my pain and how it was affecting my life in an intimate and profound way. Since I started my treatment with Ashley, I have not only gained significant relief and a better understanding of my condition and its causes, but I have gained the confidence in speaking openly about my pain journey that involves parts of the body that many people aren't comfortable talking about... and why?!? The pelvic region is such a VITAL and INTEGRAL part of any wholistic view of our health and wellness. Thank you NOLA Pelvic Health, not only for providing me with treatments that provide relief, but for giving me a voice to share my journey with others so that I can hopefully help someone along the way and remove any undue stigmas associated with chronic pelvic pain that cause people to not be comfortable in sharing their struggles! Also, Ashley is the best!

I highly recommend NOLA Pelvic Health to anybody who is pregnant or has ever been pregnant! They will give you exercises and help you prepare for childbirth and how to recover afterwards. I initially saw Emily after my C-section with my first child, then she helped me with my 2nd pregnancy to prepare for and have a successful VBAC. I used so many of the techniques we practiced while in labor. She gave me the confidence to try for a vaginal delivery and it was one of the proudest moments of my life. She gave me many very helpful exercises to do while pregnant. Now she is helping me with recovery and how to return safely to working out and running. Also my husband saw Sara after a hernia surgery. We love NOLA Pelvic Health!!!

I’ve seen Sara since just after the birth of my first baby, and she’s been nothing short of amazing. She’s worked with me to ensure proper postpartum healing, meaning no leaks, pain, or diastasis recti. It’s been wonderful seeing her before my second two children were born, because Sara offered me exercises and tips to minimize tearing and injuring my pelvic floor during labor. I just love her so much and would recommend her to anyone!
