3 weeks ago I contacted this company to repair my oven. It took one week for me to determine they had not contacted insurance for authorization it took another week for me to get a schedule date and finally on the 3rd week today they call to say it takes two people to move oven back and two technicians are not available today during my available slot. It took three weeks to determine two technicians would be needed. A-1 seriously is this the business motto?

Set appointment the day before, they confirmed appointment for the following day between 2pm and 4pm. At 12.42 I received a text saying driver would be to me in 30 minuets! I rushed home from work that took me 15 minutes and waited 3 hours with NO call informing me of anything! I called at 4pm and they said they came to my home and called me and I didn’t answer! Not true because I had been waiting for 3 hours! The people on the phone we’re VERY VERY RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE Trying to tell me they were having phone problems and couldn’t get a hold of me! BEWARE OF THESE OVER BOOKING FRAUDS!!!!! I missed a half day of work dealing with these jokers!!!!
