Worst customer service ever!! Dr dimitri office was not ran horribly like this 10 years ago!!! How hard is it to schedule someone an appointment!!!

I do not know how to be a dermatologist, but what I do know is that the people who are in charge of picking up the phone to help patients make their appointments are not doing their services well, they almost never pick up the phone and they put you on hold and the last, when I can finally make the appointment mela dan for Friday 4/19/19 and when I arrive that day is closed they did not work THAT TAL !!!
