Everyone at the clinic from the receptionist to the MA that checked me in to the physician was excellent. The MA, I'm sorry I forgot her name, she was training another MA. Was very, very thorough. She practiced infection control, she educated her orienteering on everything she was doing and why, she explained the importance of being compliant with joint commission standards, and she made sure I was informed every step of the way. Dr. Jones was excellent. She listened carefully to my symptoms, explained the reasons why she recommended the treatment she suggested, and she was very caring. This clinic is always up to par and always go above and beyond.

My Dr. Nadia Jones gives me her undivided attention during our medical appointments . She responds to messages timely regardless of the time of day . During visits I don’t feel she is rushing our visit nor making me feel like just a number and trying to push it through. She listens at tentatively and makes you feel comfortable. She makes sure I understand exactly what is going on while making referrals as needed. Allows me to ask questions and addresses all of my concerns. She is always pleasant, knowledgeable and professional and so much more. She is the BEST!!!nThank you Dr. Jones

Dr. Jones went above and beyond to keep me and her other patients safe. She listened intently and patiently, while also being incredibly professional and polite. I am so grateful for Dr. Jones and her team!
