Dr. Shroff is an excellent 'Family Practice' & 'Internal Medicine' physician who has been practicing medicine in and serving the people of Caldwell Parish & the surrounding area for over 30 years. He is affiliated with and has admit privileges at 'Citizen's Medical Center' hospital of Columbia, LA. His office accepts Medicaid, Medicare, & other health insurance plans as well as self-pay. The office is conveniently located next door to the hospital. He provides many healthcare services himself & if he feels that it is necessary, has no qualms about referring his patients to other physicians for specialized healthcare. I highly recommend Dr. Shroff for all of your or your family's healthcare needs.
