I have been a customer here for 8 years and when my cc that they use for my monthly payments was stolen- I put the card on hold for 10 days until I received my new card. When I tried twice to call to let them know- I got a corporate phone tree and left a message. Never got a call back. When I went to drop of some records in my unit- I was denied access. They office doesn’t open until an hour and half after the access to buildings so I’m stuck with a vehicle full of items to be dropped off. I had to go to the office in person to give new card and get the lock taken off my unit. All this could have been avoided if this place wasn’t run corporately and had people answering the phone. Now I have a $22 late fee for missing the payment. Very frustrating when you’ve been a long time customer. They recently went up on prices and I would gladly pay that if it was worth it for good customer service and real people to talk to. I have found another place right down the road and guess what- when I called- a real person working on site answered the phone- I’m moving next month.

I have had a storage building or two or three at a time without lapse since about 1998. I was there with original owners. I have always throughout both owners had excellent service. I just love working with Cindy and Patsy when I rented and additional unit last month. Very nice ladies.

I have also tried to speak with someone about rate increase. I never got notice of any kind. Got up set with whomever I spoke with. She said she would have someone call me back on Monday, no one called. I did get a call on Tuesday while at work and couldn't be on the phone while on the floor. No message was left. I called several times when I got home an no answer. I left message to call me back. No one has made an effort to call me. I am very upset. I have been doing business with them for several years.
