I have all of my prescriptions come to Super One Pharmacy Bossier, but the drive thru service is terrible!!!!!!! Why have a drive through if you are going to ignore customers. Perhaps it's because we can't see you unless you speak thru the camera l don't know ....there had to be a better solution.

If I could give no stars I would. I used the drive thru and both the lady and the manager had an attitude.First off they didn't transfer all my medicines from cvs pharmacy to their pharmacy. I had to call my doctor to send to their pharmacy. Second they had half of my pills all broken. Then same medicine that was broken was in another medicine bottle of mine. Third when I went to pick up my child's medicine that they gave me the time before no problems. They said they needed I had to give 3 forms of ID. I gave it to them. Then they asked for my ID which they didn't ask for the first time I picked up this same medicine. Then they didn't even listen when I tried to ask why all this this time they talked over me.. Please dont use before they harm you by placing the wrong meds in your medicine bottles.

Why have a drive thru call button when the employees are ignoring customers an then have the nerve have attitude when i push the call button a second time the pharmacy really need some better help with trained employees on how to show good customers service

Not only in my case , but I have noticed with other customers as well they try to get your prescription out to you as fast as they can , and always very polite. Most seem to remember me every time I go and I very much dislike having to go to other unfamiliar pharmacies to get my medicine. They never know me and it’s always unpleasant. So thank you super one airline for being my number one pharmacy.
