As frequent visitors to Betty-Virginia Park, I would like to thank David (I don't know his last name, sorry) for his meticulous care of the park. He works long hours and what seems to be EVERY day preparing the park in the early morning hours so that it is litter-free, green, and ready for the many individuals and groups to enjoy.nnHe seems to be ever-present and he is always courteous and friendly.nnI know there are many Shreveport employees who are diligent..David just happens to be the one I encounter most.
