Social Security Administration - Phone Service Only

I have called at least once per week for 2 months trying to finalize becoming my handicapped brother’s payee. I have left messages with the agent and her supervisor and no return call

The ladies are so rude over the phone. Been waiting 5 months for my kids SSC, after applying, after not receiving it in the first place, and no one can find it in the system. Its just gone. Ms. Duncan doesn't return my multiple voice mails. I hate that I have to deal with this terrible establishment. Zero stars. Do better.

Horrible, rude, and unhelpful service. Turned a simple task of changing direct deposit information into an absolute nightmare. Consider the source, typical government agency, garbage!

I called the hotline to inform a representative that my mom had passed away. I was simply trying to request that any forwarding mail be sent to my address and not my mother’s and the representative not only got rude with me but also hung up in my face; twice. This is unprofessional and non compassionate behavior. The incident occurred 06/18/20 at 12:15 p.m. I hope the call log can be traced and that employee is reprimanded because this unruly behavior shouldn’t represent the state of Louisiana.
