I am highly disappointed KAY'S I made a purchase back in February and I got my 2nd bill in I'm already paying $75 in interest when they did not offer me 6 months or 12 months no interest on my purchase. Which I was under the impression that would already be included in my purchase. I've always heard that Kay's are a RIP OFF, now I see why people say this they are I do not Recommend to anyone.

My husband bought a watch here that he had been eyeing for a few weeks now. The ladies working here are very helpful and sweet!nI asked to look at a small pair of stud earrings, that I really want for my birthday in a few months. They showed them to me and told me what the best deal I could get was. They didn’t try to pressure me into buying them immediately which is nice at a jewelry store. I will be back!

Exceptional customer service. Tekina Pryor the store manager was a dream to work with and help me find the right wedding ring for my non traditional style. Highly recommend! I just checked my Pandora bracelet in to have it cleaned and it looks worse than what it was before I brought it in there. So disappointed
