I have been a customer for about 30 years with V Cross and with Connie for about 25 years and this is the greatest jewelry store ever. All the staff are helpful. From engagement rings, wedding rings to birth stone rings they have beautiful items. If you can't find exactly what you want they can make it for you. I have given Pandora bracelets to my girls with special charms to mark special events in their lives. They truly care about helping you find that special item as a gift or just for you. All my girls use them because they know it's like having a family jeweler who cares.

This was my first time to visit but I have always heard great things about Connie & V Cross Jewelry. I have several friends that have their wedding bands from here so I thought I’d give the website a look. I found a ring I loved while browsing so I went to the store to try it on. Tammi was so friendly and pulled out several rings for me to try on with my engagement ring. I purchased the ring I saw on the website, it’s so beautiful and well made, and the ring box is stunning and so unique compared to others. I am very impressed by the prices, friendliness of the staff, and the store is beautiful! I see why so many people shop here and say amazing things about it. I will be back for more stacking bands in rose gold as they have the best prices and selection in town. I’m a happy customer and love my new ring!!!

This was my first visit but I felt welcomed like family as soon as I came in. There was an extensive and beautiful selection. The employees and owner were very personable. Their professionalism was only rivaled by their passion. This is something very important, especially for a young inexperienced buyer like myself. I will definitely be coming back for more gifts.

Everyone is so helpful and the attention to detail displayed in each transaction is phenomenal. Mrs. Connie has such a graceful approach and will stop at nothing to ensure that you receive your dream piece. Mary is a gem. The whole staff is wonderful.
