Paul was awesome to work with while going through a lot of coins I inherited. His willingness to take the time to inspect what I had and explain the condition, worth, etc. was very much appreciated. I also expressed that I wanted to have a diamond ring re-designed and he was wonderful in showing me my options and helping me choose the perfect setting. Once my mount came in, Gary did an outstanding job in setting the stones and creating a custom Florentine look that I wanted. I highly recommend Baileys!

Paul under promised, and over delivered when I brought him a repair job. He quoted me several weeks and had it ready the following day! Do I believe that the starts aligned and came together in just the right way... absolutely! The repair was beautiful and professional! The store was clean and the staff were very knowledgeable. I brought a very special piece in to have prongs redone. I wouldn’t trust this piece with just any jeweler as it is priceless to me. The folks at Bailey’s treated my piece as if it were the most expensive piece they had ever cared for. When I picked it up it looked like brand new (it’s almost 60 years old). I literally had tears it looked so beautiful! They are absolutely the most caring and professional jewelers around!! Highly recommend!!
