As others have stated, their customer service is awful on warranty work. We love our windows but they are disorganized and evasive. They installed some replacement windows and one of them didn't fit. The installer put it in anyway. It was bowed and would barely shut. I called and they sent the salesman out and he was very surprised. He emailed management to order a replacement. I waited 6 weeks before I checked back with them. Was told it was there and scheduled appointment for installation. Got a call that the window had not been ordered....missed the email. Another 6 weeks weeks. Finally got it installed and no follow up to see if it was done right this time. They really need someone who can handle customer service in a professional manner because as much as we like our windows I wouldn't recommend these people to do it.
SMH.... THIS HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE THUS FAR. I WILL DEFINITELY UPDATE THIS REVIEW

I would not recommend this company to anyone. We ordered a window back in June and Kathy advised me the entire time through the transaction. We were told on July 16th the the window would be on the truck and delivered to them Aug, 3rd and installed Aug 4th. Called on Monday to verify window had come in and spoke with Ashley who stated that she would have Kathy call me back. Got no response from Kathy. Kathy called me today to tell me the order had not even been placed and that the window was not even made. Poor customer service and follow up on their part. I have also asked for the owner (Dale) to call me numerous times so I can speak with him regarding this matter and have not received a call.
Beautiful and clean windows installation. Delivered as promised even with the pandemic. Friendly crew. Will hire again to compete the remaining windows. Thank you all for the excellent work!
