Sounds like the same song and dance that others have complained about. I talked to Ike, Who I have been told since by one of their workers has a fan club… I think but it is supposed to be a not fan club.nI was told that there was no problem they would be there the next day to fix it, I even told him what was wrong with it and that I had already checked it to confirm. They sent a guy out there to look at it and he did nothing and didn’t even know how to check what was wrong according to his own words. That cost me $250. I was then told that they would order the right part and call me when ready and that they repair would be another 700+ dollars. Mind you the part only cost 200. So after a few months I’m not hearing anything I called and was told that they would check to see when the part was ordered and when it will be. I was not called back so I showed up at their place of business first thing the next morning and was told that the part should come in tomorrow and if it does they may be able to be there Friday but will call me. Well they did call me as the guy was almost to my house. They had given him horrible directions after I had given them the correct directions. I finally got him to the house and lo and behold she has a park that does not fit. He had to get the model and serial number again. I gave them all the information and the first guy that I paid $250 for nothing have that information. I have seen some of the part myself and will fix it myself. I wouldn’t call these people if I was on fire to piss on me. They also cost me 2 1/2 days of vacation time thanks a lot Precision...

Precision mechanical and Bob setup our generac and properly sized it for the house and budget. Bob helped us on getting the right system and options for our budget. Always on time to service the unit and easy to work with. They'll answer and respond at any time of day or night. They came out recently during this latest snow when our generator wouldn't run our heater but everything else worked. They sent a tech to our house the next morning and I was in correspondence with Bob to help figure out the issue. Nothing was wrong with our generac but the hvac was setup differently and pulling too much amperage so they fixed that. Heat pump would run but when the heat strip kicked on it would knock out the generator. They used to have a person in the office a year or so ago we had some billing issues with they kept sending the incorrect invoices but we spoke with Bob Horrel and he lined out the problem and had zero problems. These people are very helpful and professional and in my experience will go above and beyond to help out people not only for business but selflessly. I would recommend precision mechanical to anyone looking at auxiliary power for their home. Great company.

Our Generac generator went out the day of hurricane Lara, I called Precision Mechanical early Friday morning and Ike told me they could be at my home that day. I called at lunch and talked to Bob and was told they were trying to get to me. Bob then asked me a series of questions and requested pictures so he could make sure he had the right parts with him to fix the problem. Bob could not come Friday and showed up Saturday mid-morning. Bob spent twenty minutes repeating the same information I had sent him to someone else on the phone. He then tells me that I should just get a new generator that our brushes have went out and without the warranty it would be 115 dollars an hour for a five hour job. He said he would send an estimate that day to which I never received. He went to the neighbors house across the street because their Generac had also went out told them basically the same thing, that they should get a new generator. I walked across the street and told Bob my husband wanted it fixed to which he informed me he had no parts or tools with him. He then told me it was now an eight hour job and his boss said they could come back and fix it on Monday He made 230 dollars for less than forty five minutes and did not give neither of us a receipt. I have not seen or heard from anyone from this company since he left that day. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I feel like they took advantage of people during a crises situation. Because he did not make a sale on a new generator it wasn't enough incentive to return to fix ours. I think people who use situations like this are no better than thieves. I would recommend not using this company if you have any other choice.

Very unprofessional will promise you the sky until they get the check then there are nothing but lies! It’s not worth the efforts, I highly recommend the competitors!

On a friends recommendation... fast, friendly and honest they could have told me anything was wrong with my generator but no a loose connection. Great experience. They will definitely be my go to from now on!!
