Our first visit was very fast and we were very satisfied. That's where it stopped. The fast service we were promised never happened. We we told as long as we we're available to come in when called, my husband could have his dentures in approximately 2 weeks. It's been 5 almost 6 weeks now and still no dentures. When I try calling for an update, all I can get day after day is a recording saying the office is not taking calls. I recommend going somewhere else. Once they get you through the door, they no longer care about your satisfaction.

The employees were very nice and sweet to me. I just had to wait forever to be seen and then wait a long time between each step once I went to the back. The office seemed very over booked and I was told that it was because the Shreveport office was being renovated and their patients were being sent to our office. I hope future visits won’t take so long as it took me from 3:00 to 6:00 to get out of there. Otherwise it was a good experience.

This has to be the worst dental experience ever. Started the process in February and the partials finally came back this month. Yes, it took nearly three months. Then we went back for fitting and they did not fit correctly. Tried contacting the director and could only leave a voicemail. The front desk reception is so uncoordinated that she can't even handle the patient flow. Understand that the Shreveport office is closed which makes the Bossier office a complete cluster. I will never refer anyone to them. The service and experience was by far the worst.

I have a phobia of dentist so going is a huge challenge. The staff was friendly, compassionate and hospitable. The facility was nice, clean and organized. Environment was calm and relaxing. I need major work done so the cost is was at out of my budget but because I was comfortable with them I am trying to save the money to have my procedure with them. The cost is the only thing preventing 5 stars.

Hi had an appointment last week to see the dentist there. I called in 24 hours in advance in cancelled it and as I cancelled it I rescheduled. I received a confirmation text and after I confirmed, I called in. They said I was set. Yesterday I received an email saying that my appointment was canceled. So I called in today asking why they canceled my appointment. They said because I didn't confirm. And don't want to see me foe two more weeks! I have broken tooth! 2 iofthem! I'm hurting!!
