Love it
We happen to go here when someone was in training and got two free coffees that were made as part of the training experience. Anyway it was a cozy place to sit and chat and the coffee was good. It’s good to Starbucks can be.
I just went through the drive thru and it took 30 min just to get a drink that was 50% whipped cream, 20% ice, and maybe 10% coffee. I am new to ordering frappuccinos and know they tend to be lite on the coffee front, but it was basically non-existent. I am very disappointed and will not be going back anytime soon. Plus the barista at the window did not acknowledge my long wait time at all. I worked in customer service for about 10 years and I would have apologized to the customer for their long wait right off the bat.
So the drinks were fine. Food was fine. But charging someone for a Trenta Cold Brew and putting it into a Venti cup is not fine. Especially for 4 drinks that were ordered that way!!!
Yummy lattes. This one is much better than the Starbucks on Beene
