People have completely destroyed this place. It’s become almost impossible to find anything that someone hasn’t opened or broken or that has all its pieces.

Prices are cheaper on certain things. The quality varies. Only one check out line open reminds you of Walmart, with the manager eating snacks looking at the long line of customers like a deer in the headlights. You decide, but you have been forewarned. 10/2020 update I recently called this Ollie's location to verify if an advertised item was available and was put on hold for almost 30 minutes before the woman returned to the call and informed me that the item was not in stock. The cashier was extremely rude, unhelpful couldn't or wouldn't answer simple questions. Her name tag read Natayana, this employee should attend a class on social skills or maybe if she has a problem doing her job correctly or hates her job this much, should seek employment elsewhere. The manager should be shown the door for hiring bad employees who give a business a bad name.

I enjoy visiting Ollie's. One never knows what new products will line the shelves! Very friendly staff too.

This is where I buy my puppy pee pads. Best ones in town. The same pads online are more expensive.
