Worst chase ever! Kimberly Pierre refused to give me full change because she didn’t recognize me. We’ve been doing business with this bank for a while now and get change from here frequently without no issue from every other teller, But today Kimberly refuses to give me change because she didn’t know who I was. That’s crazy and best believe we don’t be doing business with this Chase banks any longer.
I flew in from out of town to handle some affairs for my mom. I went to one branch and they referred be me to this second location making an appointment for me to show them a Power of Attorney...when I arrived 10 minutes early they wanted to cancel the appointment and offered to reschedule at a time After I fly back of state.nLove my CC with Chase but won't bank with them.
I have been going to this bank for 2 years to make deposits for my job with no problem and fast service. October 2015 service has tremendously declined I have to sit in the line for at least 20 minutes at a time. I have actually had to sit in the business line for 45 minutes just to make a deposit. The customer service also is no longer pleasant. Save yourself some time and drive down to the Walk In Branch on Airline Drive.
