Finishing Touches

Robert bid on installing a wood floor in our new home. Two kids did the actual work. The wood was not acclimated properly and several places need to be resanded. All the wood has curled. We can't afford to have our floor replaced. He has not answered any texts or returned my phone calls. We are stuck with a curled wood floor. We have been very careful of this floor but it is easily scratched. Unlike any other wooden floor I've seen. The top coat must be made of an inferior quality substance.

Horrible to say the least. The owner is a creep, Robert Bean. He walked around with one hand in his pants most of the time. DISGUSTING. I did NOT appreciate his hired help, a couple of hispanics constantly speaking Spanish around my kids and myself. I asked him to not allow them to do so. He just laughed. He was very shady. Poor quality of work. Kept flirting with my husband. That was awkward. The finish was terrible. Bubbles in the top coat. I would never hire them again.
