Paid for my daughters to get their nails done there less than a week ago. One daughters nails started falling off three days after she got them done. She went in and the staff told her they are only supposed to last a few days. They where acrylic and any other time lasted over two weeks. They would not even refund her money or fix them, they wanted her to lay to have then redone. Keep in mind we spent over 100! Poor service, poor staff GO TO HINESVILLE you can get better service!
I have gotten my nails done here several times and I always let them get another try and they always end up messing up my nails or I always have to go and re due them I hate their service they're so unprofessional and they talk to any kind of Waze and they always think you mess up your nails I just got my nails done this week on a Monday and he's barely Sunday and they already tipping off and they charge you an arm and a leg not worth it

One of the ladies thinks she is a doctor and literally digs into your toes. To the point of bleeding and when I asked her multiple times to stop she dismissed me and tried to continue. I had to actually pull her off of my feet. I refuse to go back here because I’m sure I will need to see an actual doctor due to her carelessness. Do not waste your time here.
I think the quality of their service is poor. The staff is ok. Cleanliness here is not good. Long wait periods. The stuff they use is old. But only one in Glennville Ga. I suggest travel to another one if you can. I will never go back.
