I LOVE this place! Very friendly and professional. They genuinely care about the way you want your nails. Kim is so sweet!! Highly recommend coming here. I will be back!!

Awesome place. So friendly and welcoming. Very clean! Wipes everything before and after. All employees wear mask. I always use Kim she is the absolute best !!! She takes her time. Gets all of your cuticles. She knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend her and Queen Nails.

This place had bad reviews from a year ago. We decided to give them a shot at being better and they Absolutely were! I have taken my girls on 3 seperate occasions in the past few months and the are always great!!

After asking some friends I decided to try Queen Nails. I was excited because I am moving back to town after 17 years and I have been getting full set with dip for years now! So I made an appointment for myself for the full set and dip and my nieces a mani/pedi on Saturday April 3rd at 9:30am. It was a great spot very friendly, I loved that they had kid chairs for my nieces to get theirs done! Kim did mine. I noticed that she didn’t use the UV light on my nails which was strange because like I said I’ve been getting my nails done with dip for years and this was the first time the light was not used. They looked great but by the time I got home I had three with CRACKS. This was within an hour of leaving. My nails normally last three weeks with no problems. It’s unfortunate because I would be leaving for a surprise Disney trip Easter Sunday with my family which was the next day (tomorrow at the time of this review) so I could not come back to the salon considering I had to finish packing. I am really sad and have taken photos to show the cracks and breaks. I will be calling them and talking to them, I’m not angry just concerned that I paid for a service that I have been doing for years to be very disappointed.nnResponse to the comment from Kim, just curious why they would crack within 30 minutes of leaving?
