Very nice folks. Super friendly. Great haircut.
Skylar was AMAZING! She was able to fit me in on a 20 minute notice. I showed her what I wanted and told her to do what she thought was best. She NAILED IT! The atmosphere was very friendly, informative, and fun. 10/10 and definitely returning.
Mrs Pam is great. She does awesome on my hair everytime I come. And is very sweet and nice.
I love the owner and my family and I have been using the salon for years. I really hate that Mary left and I’m happy for Pammy. But I chose to stay with New image for my hair care because I’ve been coming for so long. Well I went in and Kayla did my hair. She cut it to short, the color is not what I asked for and it took her 5 hours. Well she never replied to my text messages, so I called her. After 6 calls she finally answered. I told her what has happened. Her response was “ well I’ll talk to the owner and see what she says” I said “ I still have to have it fixed it looks awful “ she said she only works one or two days a week and when I tried to schedule something she said she was booked or was leaving early that day. I’ve decided that I will not go back. I told my mother, sisters and family that have been using the salon for years my experience and needless to say we are all disappointed. We are all now looking for new salons.
I love this place the women there are amazing Hair Stylist there friendly and funny they make you feel welcome and they appreciate your business and company
