Jerry was extremely professional, which also carried over to his workmanship with the actual job he performed. Although the price was a little higher than I had expected, I was most certainly pleased with the work he performed.nnSummer 2020: Jimmy installed an outdoor spigot that included a mixing valve for cold and hot water. I had an issue with the frost-proof fixture he originally installed and he ended up replacing with a conventional fixture. Overall, excellent work from Jimmy.nn12/2020: Jason installed a Moen Flo device in my plumbing line and he did the job in an exceptional manner. Just what I have become accustomed to with Delta's plumbers.
At first I had some issues with Scott a technician who came and installed my water heater and later had to come service it. He was only about money and not about customer service.. Today Mason and Hunter came out and did a fantastic job and they are definitely comfort with people and communicating the issues. Y’all should send more people like them out the first time so issues don’t occur because they are top notch! I recommend this company!
We contacted Delta for what we thought was a routine Septic Tank cleaning and it morphed into so much more. Dylan and his team were patient and answered all the questions we had. They educated us on the septic system and how to maintain it. We really appreciate the integrity and professionalism they showed while doing the job and after. I would hire Delta again and again for our septic tank needs.
Great repair experience. Professional and very knowledgeable. After opening my septic system the tech was able to quote me a reasonable price and we proceeded to have the repairs completed. We were approved at my home for financing with no problems.Great work.
