Place is horrible. The owner is horrible. I stayed for two weeks and the two.weeks it was nothing but drama and the whole time the sink was clogged. The girl who runs it is awesome.

It's old. Run down. It stinks a little like people used to be allowed to smoke in the room. Definitely just a roof over your head for a night.

It's ok if you're just passing through. Nothing exciting about it but Monticello is a small town so I didnt expect a lot but the owner was very nice and ensured that I had everything I needed.

Our room smelled strongly of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The bathrooms looked dirty and needed repairs. Decorations were up-to-date.
