I had a wonderful experience. Kathy was so friendly and created a beautiful arrangement.

Very disappointed in both the service and the product received from this florist. The floral I ordered was from her website, it contained several roses, peonies, carnations, small mums, and greenery. The arrangement she delivered did not remotely resemble the arrangement I ordered. Instead of a beautiful bouquet I received would appear to be a five dollar bouquet from the Kroger supermarket.When I called back to express my disappointment Miss Kathy was rude and unapologetic. I refuse to be disrespectful because she was a older lady. However it was no excuse for the poor customer service. She offered no recourse for this situation.

The sweetest person I have ever met

I just got off the phone with Kathy. I explained to her I was looking to set up an account. She told me she wasn't opening new accounts. I explained to her, Our corporate office asked me to give her a call, several of our sister companies have accounts with her and informed her of this and she still insists on no new accounts. In reality its not new just adding our terminal. So she asked me when I need the flowers and where they were going to be delivered, I told her Palmetto, GA , she said we don't delivered there. I was quite surprise because the person who passed use to work at the other terminal and he was currently working at our. I explained to her she was delivering the flowers to the same place Saturday, and she continue to insist they don't deliver to Palmetto. The whole situation was weird. After my conversation with her I called our corporate office and let them know she acted as if she didn't want my business and we need to think about doing business with someone who could care less about our needs.

I placed an order for a red rose boutenir and was told they are $16 but the deluxe are $18 - they’re accessorized and prettied up. I said I’ll pay extra and I was asked about colors and I mentioned my daughters dress is black & white with red accessories. They said they’d dresstge rose up with some black & white - I was happy and said great! I went to pick up the order and was shocked to see a red rose with the regular greenery that’s on the rose! I said what about the black & white that you were going to dress the boutenir with? Ms. Kathy said well my daughter did this one yesterday..... I said no baby’s breaths or anything? She said what color is the jacket? I said it’s white - she said oh well I wouldn’t add baby’s breaths, you won’t be able to see it on the white jacket. I said but the black & white? She proceeds to wrap a black tape around the bottom of the single red rose and that was my deluxe prettied up red rose boutenir!! I was appalled! I settled in disappointment and left. I would NOT recommend this florist- terrible customer service and for my first experience here- I didn’t receive what I was expecting and told that I would receive! I kept thinking had I bought a single rose and removed the stem - that’s what this boutenir resembled! Definitely NOT a deluxe, dressed up boutenir! I hope they read these comments and make positive changes for customers.
