I never received my item ( over $100 purchase) and I have tried so many times to reach the owner. He was responsive at first and let me know he was out of town but would be back in town the following week. That was over a month ago and he is now unresponsive. It’s a shame because I really wanted to support his business but I can’t afford to spend my hard earned money and never receive my item. All I am asking for is for someone to respond.
If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose 0...unfortunately that isn’t an option but I needed to let people know, this company will take your money, and not ship items. Do not waster your time, getting refund is nearly impossible since they do not answer DM, email, or phone.
Young man dropped off some fliers for this store at my restaurant, so I went by to check it out. Great customer service, and left with three pairs of shoes! Love supporting small businesses!
Love shopping at this place! Best streetwear store on the Southside! Prices are good and they always have the latest from the best brands.
