I was shopping at this store about an hour ago, there was one (1) lane with a cashier open. The line for this register stretched down an isle with approximately 15 customers in line. When a manager was asked about opening additional lines, she silently walked away. Your customer service or should I say lack there of is appalling, your company makes too much money to provide such a POOR level of service. My intention is to advise any and everyone that I can to not patronize your company again.
Don't like having to wear a mask. In spite of that the staff was very friendly and helpful.
What's Not To Like?
Its Wal-Mart!!
I came in looking for house shoes and didn't find one shoe in my size. Not one! I guess my size is popular. Although this Walmart is in a well populated area, I was not able to find a lot of items that are readily available at other locations. If you can find what you're looking for, lines aren't very long and the store was relatively clean.
