I’ve been patronizing this business for over 15 years. Obviously I love the service and the technicians. Lynn is an awesome Nail Technician. She keeps my nails looking good and professional.

Lynn is professional, friendly and excellent at her job. I have been going to her for several years. Here staff is likewise, very friendly and professional. I make an appointment and they are ready when I arrive.

I got my acrylic nails done and it was going well at first and then she TOLD ME what kinda design I was gonna get and didn’t let me do my own. So I was like whatever and they ended out looking ok but the lady seemed very distracted and not careful at all. When she was using the nail dermal she was using it under the fake nail to smooth it out and she cut my finger open and didn’t do anything. My nails are not smooth and the nails aren’t even the right size. I have 2 different sizes on my pinky’s and I will not be going back. PERIOD. My mom had to wait 1 hour just to get her toes done and we were the only to in the building at the time.

New man was working there today, he spoke no English, which I'm ok with but he's also inexperienced and needed someone to train him better. He didn't clean my natural nails first so the acrylic nail did not stick and popped off,someone else stepped in and finished. It took almost 2 hrs to do a fresh set of acrylic nails (no polish).nUPDATE: FEB 2, 2020. I tried going here again a different man was there and a different problem. I went to get a new full set of acrylic nails. He was very rough and nicked me several times. There was a Crack in one of my nails, he called another girl over to look at it, they would not take it off and she put another layer of acrylic over it and said it would hold, we'll see. Not happy with how bumpy they are. I will not go back!
