No customer service skill. They feel the clients need them but I didn't see a head in there that looked good.
Awful Service!!! Touched by Evil is a better name. They have zero communication and people skills They create prices for their services as they go. What a joke of a business!!!
I hate that I have to even give them a one star. First thing when I came in the salon they didn't know who was going to do my hair. I waited 2 hours before I even got my hair done. The sign say $50 sew in but I was charged $65. To make matters worst a couple days later because my hair was not done properly now I have a bald spot, which I didn't before. My hair is natural and I don't put chemicals in my head at all. I spoke with the owner to make an complaint and she tried to make me out of a liar. She is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful.
Go to Daniel when you go there she is great! She is very professional and great at her craft.
I just called and the young man who answered was dry and lacked excitement representing the company. I'd rather pay out the butt knowing the company I'm dealing with wants to make sure their brand is being properly represented.
