I love this place everybody was really nice. Stacey took care of me she has gentle hands that do magic. I came out of there feeling like a model. My hair is very thin and I don't have much. She gave my hair volume and texture! She finished off by blow drying it and styling it with a curling iron. I loved it! Definitely coming back!
This place is HORRIBLE. The owner is rude and unprofessional and she wouldn’t let me get one word out. I explained to her that one of the stylist said they were going to give me a deep conditioning treatment by spraying the deep conditioner on my hair. I am not even sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be. I always thought you get the product put on your hair, then get it rinsed after sitting under the dryer. That is not what happened. I got my hair SPRAYED after getting a color put in my hair, then I sat under the dryer. I tried to explain this to the owner, but she kept cutting me off then hung up on me. The stylist who did my hair didn’t even tell me the color wasn’t going to show. I basically paid $65 for a color that wasn’t even visible. The stylist wasn’t even friendly, just rude, like the owner. It seemed like she was trying to avoid working by spending almost 20 minutes in Dollar Tree, before even doing my hair. Unprofessionalism at its best. I didn’t drive almost 2 hours for this nonsense. That business should definitely close down. If I find out I got cheated out of a REAL deep conditioner, I am reporting that place.
Bianca is very professional! She did not rush or make me feel like “just another number.” She installed my hair with great care. This is the second time I have came to her and she has done an amazing job both times. She is very personable. Good customer service is hard to come by. My money was well spent.
Charmaine was absolutely amazing! She was able to offer great recommendations and deliver everything I wanted in my hair color. She was fun and upbeat, I will definitely be going back to see her! My hair looks & smells incredible and feels so amazing! I wish I could afford to go there! But I am satisfied with what I got. Thanks Charmaine!
I have had my hair cut with Ty several times over the years. She always does a masterful job. I know it's more expensive than standard haircut places but it is well worth it. Give her a try and you will be happy with the results. The whole family is happy with me ( and that sets the bar pretty high ).
