I made an appointment but then the staff called me on the day before the Appt asking me can I come at a different time...they offered no reason for the change. This has happened more than once. But when I attempt to contact them to reschedule, I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Customer service has seriously declined.

I love love love this place. Always clean and relaxing nice people who are always helpful. They have taken extra precautions to be safe during the pandemic. During this time my therapist was not available so I try several other people. they were all good. I have fibromyalgia and my therapist Lastinia is the best thank God she is back
