Apparently they don’t care very much about customers. Although I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment because I respect other peoples’ time, I waited and additional 20 minutes past my appointment time until finally just getting up and leaving. Was supposed to be the first appointment of the day for Michelle Who apparently does not come in till 1:30, I left at 1:50..... poor business practices. My time is valuable too.

My son and I have been here several times without any issues. This Saturday was a little different. I had an 1130 appointment and showed up several minutes early and was asked what time my appointment was and I let the receptionist know that it was at 1130. She let me know that it would be a few minutes. I said that would be fine. There was another gentleman in the waiting area. Shortly there after it was time for the next person to get a hair cut. The young lady behind the desk asked the gentleman that was in the waiting area to go to the back. His response was he's next he has an 1130 appointment and it was about 1132 at this time. Her response was don't worry about it your going next. She returned in a couple of minutes and let me know that he was a walk in and that I would be next. I asked her what is the point of making an appointment. Her response was that it wouldn't be long.nnApparently appointments only take priority over walk-ins if you are a particular race.
